After a long drive we arrived to a friendly reception from our hosts with a cup of tea and the best bakewell tart I've ever tasted (home made). The house is in a fabulous location, is warm and welcoming and has the most beautiful views. The breakfast menu is like that of a five star hotel and we enjoyed every mouthful, especially the home grown and home made potato and parsnip pancakes. We were visiting Chatsworth which is an easy 15 minute drive away. Many thanks to our hosts and I can't recommend their hospitality highly enough.  Adrienne Nov 2016 - (AirBnB guest)

Lovely cottage has everything you need and more.  Wine and homemade cake was very welcoming on arrival.  A great place to stop for the surrounding area as well as the rest of the Peak District.  Thank you Barbara and Allan for a delightful weak.

A lovely short break in a delightful cottage in beautiful countryside.  Thanks for the welcoming "goodies".  We both really enjoyed our short stay and hope to be back.
